Through this web-based system you can lookup list prices, cost prices and suggested selling prices and you can:

• Search products by:
  • New or old manufacturer's stock number
  • Supplier name (eg Avery or Sharp)
  • Keyword description or category (e.g. binders or staplers)
  • Page and item number of the new 2003 catalogue
• Check stock availability at the Chestwood-Mezey warehouse
• Confirm pricing, including flyer pricing
• Place purchase orders
• Get information on substitute products
• Check expected delivery dates on items not in stock

The vipPASSPORT.net provides you instant access to approximately 15,000 items in your "back up" warehouse. This allows you to sell more products without the expense of actually carrying so many SKU's.

The vipPASSPORT.net offers you the option of the "Drop Ship" program which allows you to ship directly to your customer without handling the product or the “Pack & Label” program that allows you to receive your customers orders duly packed and labeled for delivery to your customers.
